The agent

Tomebuy, plainly

The short version

A shopping-agent storefront, not a marketplace of its own

Tomebuy does not sell anything itself. It buys on your behalf from Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian, receives the goods at its own warehouse, inspects and photographs them, then ships internationally. Its own homepage states the proposition directly: “Shop direct in China, no price difference.”

Four ways to get a product into an order: paste a direct listing link from a supported platform, search by keyword inside Tomebuy's own search bar (which returns results pulled from Taobao, Tmall and 1688), use the image-search button to match a photo against those same platforms, or, for anything outside that set (Xianyu, Xiaohongshu and similar), fill in the DIY Orders form with a product name, link, and specification note instead.

Who you are actually contracting with

WOCHEE Global Trading Co., Limited, registered in Hong Kong

Read from the site's Contact Us and About Us pages, 2026-10-21.

Three boxes: the contracting entity WOCHEE Global Trading Co Limited in Hong Kong, an address on file in Jiangxi, and coordinates on file that point near Zhengzhou
The entity named in Tomebuy's own terms, next to two other location data points pulled from its site settings, cross-checked 2026-10-21/22.

Company number 79081063, registered address Room 10, 23/F, New Trend Centre, 704 Prince Edward Road East, San Po Kong, Hong Kong, and its terms are stated to be governed by Hong Kong law. That is the entity named on the pages you agree to when you use the service, so it is the one this site treats as the operator.

A second data point, pulled from the site's own settings system rather than its terms pages, names an address in Xiushui County, Jiujiang, Jiangxi province, specifically a “Zhongyuan Advertising Industrial Park (National Animation Base)”, a place name that itself is actually in Zhengzhou, Henan, several hundred kilometres away. A third data point, geographic coordinates attached to that same settings record, points to roughly that Zhengzhou area too. Three sources, three different places, inside one company's own systems.

What Tomebuy is not

Not a seller, not the manufacturer, not the platform your item is listed on

From Tomebuy's own FAQ, read 2026-10-21.

Tomebuy states this plainly in its own FAQ: it does not sell products directly and does not own or manufacture anything it ships. Every item comes from a third-party seller on an external platform, sourced from a link you (or its own search) submitted. Its role, by its own description, is sourcing, inspection, storage and logistics, acting as a facilitator rather than the original seller. That distinction matters for disputes: a quality argument about the product itself is ultimately a conversation about the original seller's listing, while a question about handling, storage, or shipping is Tomebuy's own responsibility.

The four-block version Tomebuy itself uses

Place order, ship to warehouse, inspect and store, ship internationally

Tomebuy's own homepage frames the process as four blocks rather than six: place your order, ship to the warehouse, quality inspection and storage, and global shipping. This site's six-entry manifest splits that same process further, mainly by separating QC from storage and splitting global shipping into consolidation and the international leg, because each of those four sub-steps has its own distinct rules worth reading on its own page.

How established the storefront looks

Built on a recent template, by its own file dates

Internal evidence rather than a published founding date: Tomebuy has not stated when it started operating.

The earliest policy page timestamp this site found in Tomebuy's own systems is mid-January 2026, and its static asset version string reads as an August 2026 build. Several of its policy pages carry phrasing and structure that closely echo other, unrelated shopping-agent storefronts, which points to a shared commercial template rather than hand-written policy, and likely explains the storage-period and QC-photo mismatches covered on the storage and QC photos pages.
