Sixteen Tomebuy shelves to browse
A catalogue, not a spreadsheet file
“Spreadsheet” is this site's name for a browsable product catalogue, the kind you scroll through by picture rather than a downloadable office document. Sixteen shelves below cover the categories Tomebuy shoppers ask about most.
Each shelf links to a live, filtered view of the shared catalogue this site draws product photos from. Open a shelf, pick something you like, then copy its original listing link (from Taobao, 1688, or Weidian) across to Tomebuy's own search bar or DIY order form, not the other way round. This site does not take orders or payments; it only helps you find the item.
The sixteen shelves are not Tomebuy's own category list, they are a working set this site uses to organise coverage: outerwear and tops, footwear, bags and small accessories, and a lifestyle group for perfume, jewellery, watches and electronics. Womenswear is a filtered search rather than a dedicated shelf; the shared catalogue does not split by gender the way a storefront menu would, so that card opens a keyword search instead of a category page.
Sixteen shelves, one search box
Each card opens the matching shelf on the Tomebuy Spreadsheet catalogue. Pictures are real stock photos pulled from the live catalogue, not drawings.

A Tomebuy quality check happens after your money has already moved through the seller and Tomebuy's warehouse fee chain. Catching a mismatch on the listing page is free; catching it after stock-in is a paid photo request and a five-day return clock.
Options menu
1688 and Weidian listings often bundle several products under one page: a belt listing with a stray dog collar, a watch page with three unrelated strap colours that do not match the cover photo. Open the option menu before you commit, not just the hero image.
Material versus headline
The title says leather or silver; the attribute table lower down the page sometimes says PU or 925-plated. Read both and go with the attribute table when they disagree.
Minimum order quantity
Some 1688 listings are wholesale lots. A unit price that looks unusually low is worth checking against the stated minimum order quantity before you treat it as a single-item price.
Size chart placement
Garment sellers sometimes print a size chart as part of the product photos rather than in the structured size table, and the numbers in the photo and the dropdown occasionally do not match the same size label.
Four rough groups, for orientation only
Apparel
Outerwear, hoodies, T-shirts, jeans, sweatpants, jerseys and womenswear, the shelves most first-time Tomebuy shoppers start on.
Footwear & bags
Sneakers and bags, two of the categories where reading the seller's attribute table against the title matters most, covered on the buying smart page.
Small accessories
Hats, belts, eyewear and jewellery, generally lower-value, lower-risk items to start a first order with while you learn how QC and shipping feel on a small parcel.
Lifestyle
Perfume, watches and electronics, each with its own inspection caveat; see the QC page for what gets opened and what does not.
Link, keyword, or photo: three ways in, per Tomebuy's own tutorial
Covered in more depth on the manifest page's first entry.
If you already know what you want, Tomebuy's own Tutorial page describes three ways into a search beyond browsing a catalogue: paste a direct listing link, search by product name or keyword, or use an image search by uploading or taking a photo of the item. Tomebuy's own tip for the image-search route is to use a clean, clear photo for the best match; a cluttered background or a cropped, blurry reference photo tends to return weaker results.
